  • Step 2: Authorization
    Once your return request is approved, we will send you instructions on how to return the item, including a return shipping label if applicable. Do not send back any items without receiving authorization from our support team.

  • Step 3: Ship the Item
    Package the item securely and use the provided shipping label (or arrange for return shipping if instructed). Please make sure to track your package as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

  • Step 4: Inspection and Processing
    Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it. If the item meets the return conditions, we will proceed with the refund or exchange within 7 business days.

3. Refund Process

  • Faulty, Damaged, or Wrong Items:
    Upon approval of your return, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method, including the original shipping cost. The refund will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

  • Unreceived Items:
    If your item was not delivered within 30 days of shipment confirmation and tracking shows the package is lost, we will issue a full refund or offer a replacement item.

  • Order Cancellation:
    If you cancel your order before it is shipped, we will refund the full amount immediately. If the order has already been shipped, please wait for the item to arrive and initiate a return.
